The story
Closing the gap between what AI is sold as and what actually works.
Whatever Co. AI was founded by Andrew Brown in Tampa, FL to close the gap between what businesses are told AI can do and what actually works inside a real operation. Andrew's background runs through construction crews, service businesses, Christian ministry, and book publishing — environments where follow-up, handoffs, scheduling, knowledge capture, and decision-making have to work in the real world, not just in a slide deck.
That operator background shapes how Whatever Co. works. We do not start by selling a chatbot or forcing a business into a generic automation package. We start by mapping the workflow, finding the places where time and money are leaking, and deciding whether the right answer is a better process, a cleaner CRM, a custom application, an AI assistant, a dashboard, or a combination of systems.
We work with local service businesses, mid-size companies, churches, nonprofits, and authors because those teams are often underserved by AI consultants who speak in jargon and leave behind fragile experiments. Our job is to translate AI into practical systems: fewer missed opportunities, clearer visibility, stronger follow-up, better internal tools, and decisions leaders can trust.
Most engagements start with a Heat Map — a paid systems audit that ends with a written report and a 90-minute review. From there we build what the audit recommends, or we tell you that no project is needed yet.
How a project starts
Three things that have to be true before we build anything.
You bring the messy workflow.
Real operations, real pain points, real spreadsheets. Not a polished pitch.
We map the system before the tool.
People, handoffs, data, decisions. The CRM and the AI come after, not before.
We deliver something you can hand to your team.
Written reports, working integrations, custom apps, deployed AI workflows. Not a strategy deck.
